If you would like to return an item, it has to be in the same exact conditions in which you received it. Returned items must be intact, not used or damaged. Products that have been opened can not be returned.
To return an item you can use the same box you received the item in. If you don’t have the box anymore you can use another one that is equally secure. In case of inconsistent/flawed product you can substitute the product with the same one if available, or you can ask for a refund. You can contact our customer service within 30 days from the day you received your order and ask for the “Authorization return number”.
In any return case, remember to fill in the return form - that came with your order- and insert it inside the box. You will receive instructions directly from our Customer Care.
Clients take responsibility for the conditions of authorized return items and pay for the return shipment. When confirmed, Hexagon spa will refund the items in 15-30 days on the payment method used by the clients during their purchase – credit card or PayPal.
