DELIVERIES

Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered via the best couriers available on the market.

Once you have selected the items to purchase, you can choose between 2 different shipping methods:

- Standard Shipping: you will receive your order at home with 10€ shipping costs

- Shipping to a Pick up point: you will receive your order at one of the points identified with only € 4.95 shipping costs
Once this shipping method has been selected, a field will be shown where you can enter the destination zip code. According to the zip code entered, a map will appear on the right with the closest pick up points available and a list with the names of the pick up points. Selecting one of the points the map will disappear, but the address and name of the pick up point chosen for delivery will remain on your order.

Delivery times can be up to 4 working days from the moment your order is dispatched. When your order will appear as regularly processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the online tracking system, where you will be able to follow your delivery status step-by-step. We also inform you that during special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respecting the timeframe.

You can follow the delivery status directly on our website by logging in with your account and clicking on “my orders”.
The delivery will arrive at the requested shipping address. Should you not be available when the delivery arrives, you will receive a notice; you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you inserted during your order. In this case you can contact our Customer Service to schedule a new delivery date.
The shipping cost varies from 4,95€ to 10€ depending on the shipping method selected.
